In several computer games the developers offer tools to create content or MODs within the game. There are several practical limitations to this in an MMO, but how about this:

The DEVs release a furniture creation tool that we can create skins for the furniture, determin type (cabinet, couch, table, etc), and color.Each person is allowed to submit one entryper month to SOE. The DEVs would then choose 1 or 2 winners per month to add thoseasa architect furnitureschematic.

Oh, and we would be happy to sign all the legal mumo jumbo which would give all rights of our furniture creation to SOE, LucasArts, etc etc.....

Similar idea is for people to submit ingame screenshots and then SOE could pick 1 a month to add as a new Bestine Museum painting.
