hello

what do you all do when resources shift and say you go from a 80% spot of ore down to 45%?

do you move your harvesters to a new "better spot"?

if so did you move the noobie harvesters too or just build a new one ?

for guys who are using the mid and heavy harvesters do you move them? or just keep mineing at the same spot till the next resource shift ?

whats the lowest % before your putting in more cash than pulling out ?

Just move the mediums and heavies. Personals aren't worth the 1500 to move them.

We have a small group of 5-6 people that communicate. Whenever there is a resource shift we all scan our area's for the best resources (Ore in particular) and then let the others know where and what % the quantities are and send each other the waypoints for different resources. Once that happens we all (We're all not affiliated with each other) grab our Medium and Heavy Harvesters and move them to the new locations. The other gentleman is correct. The personals aren't worht re-deeding.

Well personals can be worth redeeding depending on how much you have left on them... i try to keep mind between 1-2k resorces(because some times i might not like on for a day or 2) so alot of the time its only like a couple hundred more to move... but if it costs more then oh 800 credits dont worry about it, unless you dont hvae the stuff to make new personals...

This is exactly what I do after a shift.

I start grabbing shuttles and hit every planet along with a few friends or solo if they aren't around and catalogue every mineral. I don't bother so much with the chem or gas ... usually I can find good enough stuff close to home. I then pick out the ones I want to harvest and try to find a planet with as little travel as possible that I can get them from then I spend a few hours surveying close to the cities (only once has a full planet survey really yielded me a spot that was worth the extra run time ) I usually keep all my harvesters running on something while I am doing this, even if the concentration is low at least they are pulling in something and draining power. After I have a few waypoints I go empty the harvesters rip em up and plant em in the spots I need. Takes about a day usually but if all goes the way it is supposed to and resources stick for say a week to 10 days (I vote for 2 to 3 weeks actually), I usually have a good stream ofresource the following morning and get to work

walk out my dore and see what ore is going to be good this week.

and pray that they implement retreval of creds.. as i've got 15k in each of my 3 fusion generators /cry.. i did this because i was under the impression that the devs hadn't done away with limited use of a resource.

full planter survey I think he was refering to physicaly walking the whole planet searching for resources.

I just go around my player city and theed on naboo looking for stuff. Check every resource I need, fiberplatst, poylmer, radioactive energy, carb. ore, steel, aluminum, copper. If I dont find it by these two cities I got to kaddaara and walk around there. So far I havent had to go to other planets, and I hope to god I dont cause that would be a major pain.

I vote for 2-3 week shifts, 1-2 a month is the maximum it should be. Whatever they put it at, they should confirm what it is and let us know like when it's going to change. Atleast some sign of it so we can prepare.
