I have my stuff in there, not alot, but I like it, and I have 33 days paid up, roughly. Well over the 20 that I will be gone.

However, maintenance is so borked that I doubt it will still be there. That IMHO says a lot about the state of the game.

10k is about how much it costs for 15 days of a small house, last i checked.

Since when? Mine costs 8cr an hour. 1000cr lasts about a week for me

I plopped down a small house and put in 10k, it was approx. 29 days maintenence. I plopped down the lowest form of vendor and put in about 5k, it was approx. 28 days or so.

A small house is 8 credits every HALF hour, or 384 cedits a day. A week will cost you 2688 in maintenance. If you put in 10k credits, you should be good for 26 days.

Aejaxx do you have efficiency 4? If so, that's why your house is so cheap

Yep, like palladium said, a small house spends roughly 400cr per day. 10K will get you about three weeks.

If you have a friend in game that you can trust, just add them to the Admin list and ask them to check up on the house for you. Then they could add credits to it if necessary. On-line housesitting.

The stucture status menu will tell you exactly how many days and hours of maintanance you have. Simply click on it to find out.

The status reading is inaccurate.

I would get 2 backpacks, pick up all your stuff, get back your deed for 800 bucks and log out.

CONSIDER the bug fixes and possible large patch that could occur in 3 weeks.... they could raise the maint rate on houses. They could apply the durability (which will surprise most buyers since the experimentation of structures is broken) then you house will goto dust.
