Now I know that furnitures get transfer to the new owner. however what would happen to the

Vendors in the houseand the items on the vendor?

I'm wondering because I have no lot left for a house and I want a vendor, I'm hoping to pull up my struct factory for a couple mins, get my guildies to transfer me his house, drop a vendor myself and transfer the house back.

if owner ship of vendor don't get transfer that would rock, but if it does I'm SOL

The vendor remains the property of the person that placed it including all items on said vendor regardless of structure ownership.
