Thread: House / PA Hall sales way down?
I have a large customer base and a well known name on my server.
Over the past 3 days I have notices and HUGE drop in requests and
Inquiries for all forms of structures. I have been selling non stop since
day one on Kettemoor but it has been extremly quiet the past few days.
Anyone else seeing this?

I am interested in a generic planet PA Hall for a good price if someone just happens to have one laying around...
LOL

"You say you lowball to make money? i call BS on that.. you do it to make a quick buck.."
uhmmmm....nevermind.
Lets face it, urban planner has some promise-but even that sounds like a temporary fix. until people need new stuff.
Maybe new furniture will help, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
I agree, I noticed a large drop in people buying form my vendor for the last few days ever since the how to dupe was posted here and on the internet. I didn't put the 2 together until today. It only takes one architect to seriously undercut everyone for people to start running to them. I figure there are a few archs that either knowingly duped 100k's of resources and slammed the prices way way down, or they bought it at a 1cred per resource or lower and accordingly sold all their items like that.
I used to sell several things out of my vendor, but know it has slowed to a trickle, it still could also be that saturation has occured but it seems funny that the publicly posted duping bug coincided with this.
I am on kettemooralso and just can not keep up with business. Wish I had 20 lots available just for harvestors. Medium houses, medium harvestors and factories are selling like crazy. I sell for reasonable...not low rates. 10k small house, 70k medium, 40k factory and just am getting a lot of business.
On top of decay issues I think there is an area/business aspect. People tend to buy locally to sell travel costs unless supplies are cost force them else where. Kadaara is just barely starting to really settle.I also think that if people like you and your service they tend to stay with you. My buyers are friends of existing customers and I network with ever other type of vendor I speak with. It seems to really help to have people getting the word out that you are looking for business. I tell people I try to get their orders ASAP but am back logged...completely true and they are always willing to wait a day or so to get their merchandise if I throw business /help their way.
My suggestion is to get your name out there and network with people. I certainly think it would help...certainly can't hurt. My business is all from friends of friends of friends, maybe 1 or 2 that just happen to see my tag.
Good Luck...
You can't blame the players for doing what they feel is in their best interest. That is like blaming players for kiting in EQ.
Players will do what they feel is best for them. It is the responsibility of the developers to keep a class viable.
