For those that have sometimes had problems extracting items from crates and not having them placed into your inventory. This includes when the crate number drops then goes back to what it was at.

Type /chat refresh then try to remove from crate again. 90% of the time this has worked for me without having to log off (10% wasn't me was a friend). Hope this helps out.
