Hi all,
I'm seeing a very strong upswing in demand these days. As more and more warriors reach high levels, they're generating really large amounts of cash. Once they've got top-notch weapons and armor, what do they do with their money? They buy medium/large houses and LOTS of furniture. Not because they need them, but because it makes them feel successful. I've even seen people who have PA halls as private residences. I just can't keep the stuff in stock.
In addition, it feels like the glut on the market of people grinding houses up to MA has leveled off.
Plus, as my fellow crafters become more prosperous, I'm seeing continued strong demand for the more expensive medium harvesters (chem/gas/flora) and for large minerals.
Eventually, we're going to be in trouble when everyone is well housed, but at the moment it really is fat-city, at least for me on Gorath. I'm not getting ultra-rich, by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm making a very respectable living.
