Thread: One item from our first list addresses in today's patch...
It looks like they changed the maintenance payment interface to a slider (much like we requested) on all structures, so now we can add and *withdraw* maintenance. Still no change to the power interface, but now that it carries over between redeeds it shouldn't be as big a deal.
And for those who are saying we didn't get anything in today's patch, it's possible that something like power cores was fixed and they just didn't put it in the notes (it wouldn't be the first time). It may take a day or two but we may find something there that they didn't mention. And they *did* fix the harvesting mechanism, it just wasn't in the patch today.
But anyway, what were you expecting? New schematics? Won't happen until they root out the bugs. Item decay for structures? Too big a deal to put in quickly and besides, the last thing I want them to do is rush in a decay system.
The big thing that would've made me happy was if they'd fixed our stats topping out at +55 (+65 for the Mon Cals). Crit failures are hurting us and it would've been nice to have seen that addressed, but all-in-all it's nice to see *some* of our complaints being taken care of. Gives me hope that the rest will be done too.
And while not directly related to architects, if they finally stomped the bug that kept you from being able to retrieve resources off your vendors (as seems to be indicated in the patch notes), I'll be a very happy man indeed.

Well, looks like I spoke too soon. They changed the maintenance pool to a slider, but you still can't remove maintenance. If you put in a smaller value than what's in there already, it tells you must enter a positive number or some such.
Funny, huh?
I swear, every time they try to do something right they screw that up too.
I expected nothing for Architects and that is just what we got... NOTHING.![]()
Last time the explaination was that the patch was already in testing before they knew about our problems. Or some such BS. So what will it be this time?
I don't know why they put that they let maint/power stay on harvesters/factories. It's been like that for well over a week. So even if you do put too much power... or maint... it stays on the harvester... so unless you're running the little ones... you really onlyu lose the redeed cost...
I think I lost my train of thought... sorry folks.
