Architect Archive

I finally made novice architect and after gather a large amount of resources (twice actually since my first attempt was a critical failure) I have created a Moisture Vaporator to replace my Personal Moisture Vaporator. So I go install it, get it up and running, and it seems to be extracting the exact same amount of water at twice the maintenance price.

Am I missing something?
