Thread: Lost Fusion Deed......any chance of getting it back?

I withdrew a fusion deed from my vendor to sell it to a friend at a discounted price. I go to the stockroom to retrieve it, then *whoosh* it wasn't in my inventory. I tried relogging. I tried quitting swg then restarting. I waited 15 minutes. relogged. I waited 8 hours and checked. Nowhere to be found.

Now my question is this: I submitted a ticket, but what are my chances that I'll receive my deed back?

It might reappear on its own. I had a bunch of items disappear out of my house and items disappear out of my inventory more than once and they came back the next day. For me items appear to disapper when there are glitches with the inventory count.

You have a good chance of being reimbursed the price of the deed as long as you do not tell the CSR that you want 1 million for it.

They only say: u lost stuff? live with it, we don't care!

I lost for over 100's of k items, never seen a single credit for in return.

I have had my factory vanish on me before (After running some wall modules through it!)

Checked back later and there it was crates of wall modules and all.

Also, if you have a lot of stuff on your vendor, check the "next items" button to be sure it isn't on the second page (I know I didn't even realize there was one on personal vendors until I "lost" some items

For you trolls out there:

I HAVE had items re-imbursed. It took about a month or two though. I just ented a CSR ticket and left it and made sure to check it. It was for quite a few resources too. It was due to a factory bug and stuff poofing when I took items out of my crates.

Basically, enter a CSR ticket and going on with your (in-game) life. Be nice to the CSR when they FINALLY get back to you and don't be greedy (i.e. only ask for what you lost and be reasonable about what they say they can and can't give you back).

It worked for me.

I was very pleasant towards the swg staff. I submitted a ticket and that was their response. I even entered the chat room and asked about it for 25 minutes and got no response. Did I curse them? No... It's not a big deal, I just had plans on placing it on a 90% spot :/

My response was just general advice. I was not trying to insuate that you had been rude. Just trying to give advice that would apply to anyone's situation, not just yours specifically.

Sorry.
