Architect Archive

I just got novice architect, and made myself an equipment factory to mass-produce weapon powerups.

Now, my major problem is that, after the patch all the ingredients i place into the ingredient hopper don't count towards fufilling the schematics! It won't let me access the schematic slot! Also, all the resource container icons on whatever it is i put in (low-grade ore, copper, steel, doesn't matter what. Happens to all of them) turn into the wheat icon (imagine a container of copper, with the wheat logo on the sides and top...)

I thought that it might just be the one factory caught outside during the patch, but I made another one today, and it's doing it too!

Is this a known issue? Am I alone? Am I screwed?
