Thread: Warehouses
Just an idea to throw out.
How about adding some new special use structures, warehouses. These could fit in the same places as houses. Small warehouse learned at same time as small house, etc. These would be a basic shape dependant to the local architecture; square, rectangular, round, or oval. These building would just be open space. One restriction, no vendors and a bonus, more storage space.
Yes ! A low cost, low maintenance, large capacity storage facility...
Just an empty room would help as long as it can contain a lot of items, but it would be even better if it contained a series of namable resource bins, perhaps even with a symbol showing type of resource.
The bigger the warehouse the more bin or bin capacity.
ANd it would be cool, although it would slow down the addition of this as it would require coding (or it could come later like everything else), if you could tie in your vendor to this from your shop. This would not reduce the number of items that you have in your house making it worthwhile to have furniture as just decoration and a storage facitlity that held your wares. It would be like a database of all your stuff in one locale out behind your shop.
Great idea though.

Not a bad idea, but it begins to push the borders of convenience. If I have to travel to another world, I'll just drop 10 small houses, and use that 1500 storage units.
It's 5 small houses (150 storage per house)for 750 storage or 10 naboo small houses (75 storage per house) for a toatl of 750 also unless you have 2 accounts then you can get 1500 storage.
