Player owned stadium for dueling, concerts. and other events
I got the idea from the Jedi Enclave. Here the owner of the building can set a feeand/or ask if the person wants to be entered in the tournament. Here they can read the rules and fight info before even entering the building. (so everyone is on the same page)
The owner/admin will use a terminal with a bracket tournament and can set allfights. All players can access this bracket table, theycan also place anXto who they would like to fight, but do not haveedit rights.
The owner/admin can also display system messages to all users in the the stadium. This is to give out fight info, explain rules, and to let everyone know who is fighting next. (even give play by play commentary...lol..)
Stadium seating/standing will allow all users to see the fight. NO dueling/fighting will be allowed while in stadium, other then dueling arena. This is not distract from the main fight, and to keep griefing down.
All members/teams entering arena must click a "YES" box, that they agree to enter arena and fight. They can be in any area of stadium and receive this box, click yes, then be transported to arena. They must all click an additional box once they are ready to fight. (some people load faster then others). This box will be triggered by the ower/admin
Owner/admin has the ablitiy to remove/ban anyone from the building. There are always bad eggs in the bunch.
I would also suggest an "instanced" practice area off to the side. There are always people who want to duel while they wait. Same rules apply as above. Yes box, then yes box again. Players in Practice arena will can give a NO answer when its their time for main fight, if they want to continue practice dueling.
Jedi with BH TEF can't enter the Arena
Please give any suggestions so I can update, I will be submitting this to the events team.

Yeah! Except for the no spectator fighting part, think of how many of of my marks will crowd your stadium all day in fear of losing xp.

Jedi can hide in houses (or on Kash)... whats the difference
I'll add "Jedi with BH TEF can't enter the Arena"

Of course... They could be placed in player cities by mayors. Mayors can add people to admin.

PVP areana sounds cool, I think it should be a smaller building though, Maybe model it after an elizabethan theatre like the Globe theater in London. Circular in shape three levels of seating and the fighting pit in the center.

Well, we already have theaters that don't really work very well. Are we now asking for stadiums that don't work very well?
