They should place a re-deed limit on houses and harvesters to keep the economy going.

When placing a house, you can move it around time and time again...but once you finally place it, you are given an option, similar to a vendor to initialize and that counts as one use. This would help architects move deeds and reduce the people in SWG who carry a house around, drop it and log.

With harvesters, perhaps 25-50 placements and that's it. Time for a new one.

Sure, we all use harvesters for getting our resources, but we will stay busy making them for others.

there is no need... every arch i know that is any good sells more than enough..

and on a side note.. making it on redeading.. all that will do is encourage even more static lot swaps which is bad.. and i see felids every day of broken down harvesters from people that left the game.. and now are huge sources of lag.. Why the decay poof was taken out is beyond me

I reckon maybe there's scope for reducing Hopper size by.... Small 100, Medium 500, Large 1000 when you re-deed but the damagecan be repaired with a Repair kit made by.... Architechts. Would give us something else to stock up with.

I Must Disagree on this.

I don't think there should be a re-deed limit at all.

Just price your houses at fair prices and people will buy them.

Some people move from one place to another, and I don't think that would be fair to them to limit a redeed on their houses. If their houses were paid up like mine ae, for almost a year. They go to move their house, the deed poofs, they are out of all that money, and it would be a pain in the neck. I don't make houses or Harvesters unless I am asked to make them. It's a waste of resources, time, and space if no one buys them unless they need them.
