How much would a structure assembly 9 tape go for? just found one and have no idea what to sell it for.

Not much, I'm sorry to say. One, you need +11 to get an extra point, and Two, even with plus to experimentation all it takes is one less that great attempt at expreimentaion and those resources are suddenly worthless.
