I am trying to build my first large house.

I see it requires a Power core unit.

This in turn requires a Power Conditioner and an Energy Distributor. Where do I get these?

You need to have the schematics for them or buy them from other people who have the ability to make them.

make a deal with a master art for a crate of 25 of each of the items.

Aye master artisans can make those items. And its prolly easier to just buy them than craft tons of small items to try and get to master. (unless your close.)
