I am on the server Wanderhome the planet of Talus. Yesterday I crafted a deed to a personal Mineral Extractor. I walk out of the city of dearic for about 10 min of game time. I tried to use the deed to the mineral extractor the game said I could not place the structure in this state and then the structure could not be built here. I walked around for about and hour trying to place this structure with no luck. What is the secret. Is the game bugged?

The message that says, You can not build in your current state, is just another way of saying that you have to stay still for a few more moments while the game finally realizes that your not moving at all. It could take up to five or more seconds for the game to figure this out. But after that it should either give you the ability to place a harvester in the area or if you are still in a no-build zone, will tell you that you No Building is permitted here.

Dearic, Talus is a special case. It's been my experience that if you try to go north or north west of the City to place a harvester, you will have to walk at least 2.8 km away before your able to drop a harvester.I find it easier to drop a harvester if you either go west or east of the city. If you check the surrounding map of Dearic, Talus you will see theres a river on the west side of Dearic. And then further west is another river. I find that if you move past the second river you should be immediately be able to place a harvester.

Interestingly enough, in Corellia if you just move south 1km of Coronet you should be able to drop a harvester. It just seems that for the planet Talus, you have to be alot more farther away from the city to drop a harvester.
