Red door, Williamsburg Blue walls, Cream trim. And wallpaper for the sitting room. I'm getting quite ... blocked. Can someone craft me a toilet? And how about a bed? I'm tired of sleeping on the DEEEEEVAN.

I wouldn't mind getting rid of the bright red walls... or the matching curtains... or the red carpet.... I am not really a 'red' person..

And this whole thing with not being able to place a plant on top of a table.... RUBBISH. Oh.. and last night, I rotated my butt-ugly-looks-like-it-should-seat-two-but-only-seats-one divan right out of existance. The freakin thing just disappeared.

House decorating leaves a LOT to be desired in this game.

At the very least, I wish it worked for you the way it works (when it works) for us tailors: a step where you can pick colors to fill in the appropriate palette spots.

For tailors, at the artisan level you can only change one of the colors that applies to the item; you pick up the second one at novice tailor. But every level of domestic arts plus every level of tailor technique expands the color palettes. Not enough, but still.

For architects, what I'd rather have is for you all to start out with a limited color palette, say 16 or 32 shades - but as you progress up one of the skill trees, more things that can be colored separately show up. You know, at box 1, the carpets. At box 2, the interior walls. At box 3, the interior wall accents. At box 4, the roof trim and/or sign frame or equivalent. At master, the exterior.

Now that would create a demand for house upgrades, wouldn't it? And every merchant on the server, and a fair number of other people, would cheerfully pay bags of credits for it.

This would be a great opportunity to incorporate the image designer. Have them be able to "paint" the houses and "reappolster" furniture.

You should see my uber large couch, it should seat 5 people. It is more than large enough to code seating for 3 people.

As for decorating...Bah!!! Iam toashamed to use my title of "Interior Designer".

Negative.

Tailors do not need Image Designers to color there clothing. Why should we have to use them? Besides, do you really want a Barber as your interior decorator?
