It's not 3000 for personal harvesters, it's only 1500. It goes up based on the size of the object, I believe medium harvesters are 3000 as well as factories, possibly 2500. You can tell exactly how much you need by clicking on the harvester/factory/house and choosing "Destroy Structure". If you do not have enough in the maintenence pool it will tell you how much to deposit. Simply put that amount in plus 100 or so to cover any maintenence ticks and choose Destroy Structure again. You will get a message saying, "The structure was destroyed and the deed was reclaimed."

I went to pull up a Wind Generator and the amount required to retain the deed was 3000. I don't believe this has always been the costs, can someone verify that it has changed?

Do not redeed personal harvesters or wind generators, just destroy them it is much cheaper.

If your an architect it willcost you less than 250 credits, if you are not you can buy them from the bazzar very cheap probably less than 800.

Personal Harvesters are throw away items. Once you move into medium harvesters, then it becomes worthwhile to pay to redeed.

Small houses are 800 to redeed (unless they nerfed that as well).

Factories are 2500 to redeed.

Medium harvesters are 3000.

I just placed my first two Heavies so I have no idea what it will cost to redeed them (hopes for less than 5000).

Cost to redeed is very simple

Structure Status show it's maintence cost(which is for only 30mins but don't matter for redeeding cost calclation)

simply multiply that cost by 100

Personal Harvester cost 15 in status, therefore 15x100 = 1500

Medium Harvester cost 30 in status, therefore 30x100 = 3000

Factory cost 25 in status, therefore 25x100 = 2500

etc etc etc

I know you need 3k in the maintenance pool and 100% condition to get back deeds for personal harvesters and small houses. Is it the same for medium harvesters and houses? How can you tell or is it always 3k no matter what the structure.
