As it was said in the architect issues webpage...
[quote]Architect structures are permanent making renewable income non-existant. There is no return business. Architect products are significantly devalued, selling at 4-5cpu vs. the weaponsmith or amorsmiths overall higher cpu income.

I believe it should be made that the matanance fee's paid on the buildings must somhow have a persentage(if not all) returned to the creator of the structure.
What would we do in return for this money? I would think that every so often we would have required visitations to the Structures. there would be a small terminal outside accessable by the building creator where we could deposit a structure matanance module. (available for small, medium, and large houses/harvesters)
This module would work for the ammount of time of which we expiramented the value to (this would create a difference between novice architects and masters also) As the module is in use the set matanance fee for the structure would be deposited within our bank account with a confirmation e-mail once every day.
These modules however would not be required, as some architects may not always be available to place them in structures because of offline time or because of having sold a massive ammount of structures. So structures would be able to act alone without these devices, but this solves a way for us to make money.
You may also ask....how do we know where our customers place our structures? This would be found by another new item the "structure locator". this device would create a window showing what structures you have made and their locations which you would be able to save to your datapad.
