Harvestor operation (our issue since we make them) :
3. When you open a harvestor to change the resource that is being harvested, when a resource is already being harvested, and you choose a new resource to harvest, the option to start harvesting is greyed out. (toggling the alt key fixes this, but it's still an issue)

4. No way to empty all contents from a harvestor into a player's inventory with one command. (Is this a bug? ok, more of an annoyance)
Solor generators experimentation is broken
Usless / misleading experimentation lines on furntiure, houses, factories, and city structures.
Bestine paintings are not available on certain servers.
Medium Naboo House Footprint
Yes and has been applied to existing housing
The new footprint of the Naboo mediums is actually larger than a large house. This is causing chaos with any city design when it could have been as easy as a trim of the outer edges to make them passable. I understand the reason for the change, but I think they got a number wrong in the calculation. This change has removed my city's ability to use medium naboo houses and now all I will be able to sell are large and small. This change needs to be rolled back until a better solution can be created.

Yep - happens to me - but only on Harvestors,etc -- furniture comes out fine. Apparently not just structure factories - an armorsmith friend is having trouble with some armor padding...same serial numbers - half has his name, half have my name (I created the schem).
I haven't played with the recycler itself, mostly because the subcomponents are bugged.

Paintings
On "FarStar" I currently can not purchase Painting Schematics from the Bestine Museum Curator. This is particually annoying as its the only Architecht Item I can't stock in my store so my painting vendor is full of the loot drop paintings instead of ones I've lovingly crafted myself.
(edit: I know this is already reported, but this is one of the servers affected so that's now known too!)
Crafting
During the crafting process the 'effectiveness' bar doesn't update properly, when empty it should show how effective the resource you have highlighted in the selection box would be, but it will not show up until you have put that resource into the box (repeatable, about 80-90% of occourances)
UPDATE: THIS IS NOW FIXED

why nerf the head xp? rather gives us xp cap like combat professions have at master?
2.when an resource despawn the harvesters dont actually stop in animating or in the operate machine. we have to go in and out of that screen to stop it. (hit alt 2times) sometimes annoying. it do stops over long time or after server restarts.
Flora Harvestors (Heavy)
Yes, it is reproducable.
Iam able to craft heavy Chemical, Mineral, Gas, and Moisture up to BER 13, however, I am not able to craft a BER 13 Flora.
I can experiment up to 96% and still not able to hit BER 13. I have made 100s of these with no problem. The CSR said to submit a bug report.
This has only been since the most recent large patch.
Any thoughts or fixes would be great.
