From what I have heard it is going to be in the construction tree of architect skills.

Sorry if its stated somewhere and I missed it.....
I see a new forum for the politicians involved in the city building
but nothing about the City Planner that was mentioned was comming to make the buildings.
Is this profession going to exist, or have they decided to give this job to us Architects?
I havent wandered over to TC....I guess I should have.

Im sure this has been done before but, How much should you charge for a civic building? im aware that you have to take into consideration your resources you use up ect and the time you put into it but whats the going rate on these expensive buildings now?
please post your suggestions
