Somehow i'm using up 5 lots. I only have 1 small house and 1 medium house down, nothing else. I thought maybe it was a rogue harvester somewhere that i had forgotten about, but its been more than a month since i noticed this. Were Medium houses changed to 3 lots?

Harvestors all use just one lot, no matter the size.
Factories, use 1 lot, except for the structural factory, which takes 2.
Houses.
Smalls and mediums both take 2 lots. There is a small that only uses 1 lot, one of the generic small models.
Vendor tents, not sure, I think just one.
Large houses use 6 lots.
Tatooine guild halls take 7 while the others take 9 lots.
Storage = lots * 75. So a 2 lot holds 150 items. There is a max of 250 items on the large and PA halls.

Mediums are still just 2 lots, so you probably do have a harvestor you forgot about. If you have tons of credits on it, it could last for a very long time. If not, only a CSR can reset your lot usage, file a help ticket using the ingame Holocron [Cntr-H].

I've heard of this happening every once in awhile. If you are out placing harvesters, for example, and the server is flakey, sometimes you get funny "rollback" situations where you end up with either an extra lot or minus a lot. I'd file a CSR ticket and ask them for help.
