When is the expected release date of the patch allowing Architechts to become urban planners?

Probably when player cities are introduced.

Now this is pure speculation on my part as the Devs have not given any exact dates. Since its not even in the TC yet I wouldn't expect to see Urban planner for at least1-2 months.

I think the October monthly patch would be optimistic. I think November is more likely. Total SWAG though.

I would really love an ETA for the urban planner, many are anxious to start =)

... and possible more information about the requirements for the urban planner (only master architect or more?)and the politician.

I think they'll come out sooner than most people expect. Maybe in the September update. The in development page says they'll give the new list in early spetember. So we should have a better idea within probably a week.
