Thread: Is there a way to REMOVE maintenance money from a building?(needs to be one)

I have a large house that I am taking down in favor of a different building but I have about 20k in maintenance sitting in that house right now. Is there a way I can take out the excess credits so I dont lose them?
If there isnt one, there needs to be one. It should work for any structure that has maintenance fee and/or power requirements.
