I made a Large Corellian House. I am trying to sell between 170k and 190k. No one is going for it. No one is even asking to lower the price to buy it. What's the deal? I need some help and some master input on this please.

I am Tevir on Radiant, in Tyrena, Corellia. I need the money to continue to build in Architect, all my other professions are on hold because of this, can anyone help me please?

I currently sell at 150k for Generic and 145k for planet based.

I sell about 1 a week

Best price is

More than it cost you to make it, while still a bit less than others in your area selling large houses.

p.s. Sedryn it is funny how often we argue, and how close our prices actually are

My suggestion, unless you need the money. Keep asking for 170-190k. I ask 175k for Planet and 185k for Generic, granted I don't sell a whole lot of houses, but I do make that much when I do sell them.
