On Starsider, I don't believe so.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I haven't seen any.

Im' not certain one exists on *any* server.
I've seen crafter guilds, but for all of the same crafter type to come together under one banner - it would be too much competition to try to make the same sales to the same customers in the same areas.

On tempest, SSDC is trying to start an architect division in the guild. I am currently a master architect but I would enjoy working with other architects instead of against them. We don't all have to be lone sales hawks. There is strenght in numbers. Join SSDC, Join the Future.

OK, I'll play devil's advocate: What can such an association do for me? 
I am a master architect and merchant on tempest, with 5 vendors that have about 3 milloin+ resources on them and deeds to sell at any given time.
