Thread: houses?!?!
in a large house can i oånly store 150 items there to?
**edit** what is the points? HELLO the house is twice as big as the small house and it cost ALOT more!
I need some info here
If you got that medium house for only 2x the cost of a small, let me know where you bought it. ![]()
Large houses I think let you store 250 items. for more lots 4 or 6 or something.
But I agree with you...whats the point?
Since cost was brought up, what seems to be the going rate for houses & Factories? I've been told by many that small houses go for 10k and factories go for 30-35k. Why does this seem low to me? WIth all the resources needed and the cost of obtaining the resources it seems they should be higher?
all but 1 stype of Naboo small house take 1 lot (the style 2 i think)
Mediums all take 2 lots
All large take 6
And items work out like this afaik No.# lots x 75
A medium house is by far more cool than a small house. Most importantly, it has stairs! So you can place items on tables.
Yes, the maint is higher for a medium. Yes, the initial cost of a medium is higher. Yes, it uses only the same number of lots, and stores only the same number of items as a small.
But do you really care about a few credits? There are billions of them floating around -spend a couple on a fine house. And while you're at it, spend a few more on some fine furniture. It really does make the game more enjoyable when you can come home to a nice place to log everday.
I sell small houses for 10k (generics are 12k) and all factories for 50k. That's on Shadowfire.
I'm pretty much giving away small houses at 10k, but I won't do that with factories. If you want a factory, then you are going to be trying to make a few credits with it. If you are trying to make credits, then the initial cost of the factoryis insignificant over its life (which is infinite!). I do experiment the output hopper, so at least the owner gets some extra storage space from my factories.
