the best type of steel for architects in steel with ultra high unit toughness. i have stell that is 1000 UT and it make s teh best harvestors that can be made i am only a 10 pt currently and i experiment out a start of 29% and can run it up to 99%. for some reason it still only stays a ber13, i know ber 14 is out there, and i am gathering skill tapes now to see if i can hit it.

Check the FAQ stickied at the top of the forum for information like that. The only think the stats really matter in is harvesters, and the stats that matter are Heat Resistance, Shock Resistance, and Unit Toughness. These stats do not matter in all components either, just the mining unit and final combine.

Not possible anymore, only for one day - then they rolled back the patch.

Ya all forgot 1 stat MA . You will hit BER14 or BER13 at about 80% when you experiment, after that put your experiment points into the hopper size. The out come will be based on UT and MA. My current BER14 Fusions have 140k storage and BER13 harvestors with 128k Storage. This can realy come in handy if your customer sets on a 90+ concetration and it runs for 7+ days.
