nope it's a bug, and it's random... some of the money will go to your bank, some will end up in your vendor's maintenance pool

personally I say don't sell house deeds through your vendor, unless you wanna be broke with your vendor prepaid for the next couple years

According to the patch info today, they fixed this as of today. We should now be able to retrive the money.

Whenever I sell anything at my vending machine it goes into the maintenance pool. Can you get this money out? I need to know how to get the funds.

Any help is apreciated.

To get a personal vendor, start learning the Business skill tree in the base Artisan class.
