Master architects are difficult to come by because the profession is so demanding of time/resources. My suggestion to you is to find an unguilded Archi and INVEST time, money, and lots in him. Most archis get the cold shoulder from guilds and become resentful. People don't help them out and as a result they are stuck with building one factory per day and leveling sloooooowly.

1 factory a day would be pretty quick leveling. That's close to 30K XP.
