I'm just wondering,can a PA Hall can be moved to a new location after it's been initially placed.

Have not tried it. But it should be the same with anu other structure. Plac some money in its Maintenance pool and destroy it. Yes destroy it, scary to see those words but thats what it says. if there is enough in the Maint pool, it will say confirm within 30 seonds. if there is NOT enough in it, it will say this xxx must have $$$ dredits in it in order to RECLAIM deed. Failing to reed those words will cost you the structure......
