I was wondering what are some good prices for a guild hall.

375k for a generic, 325k for any other type. However, prices vary from server to server due to inflation, etc. So you should ask on your server's boards.

You didn't post your server, so I don't know if Eclipse is yours, but...


On Eclipse, you can easily sell any PA Hall for 400k. I get asked at least 4 times a day if I am selling PA Halls. Half of them say they've asked at least 5 other master architects who all turned them away. I'm close to capitalizing on the frustration, as I managed to get my hands on the 3 factory-made PCUs necessary for a generic PA.
