gang how many lots does a PA hall use when placed?

9 lots but Tattooine guild hall supposedly only takes 7.

the naboo one takes 9.


my PA leader was upset when he asked me again right before we placed how many lots it took and i told him 7 since that is what i kept hearing. they really need to make them all 7 so that the person that has it can lay down a factory and a generator.
