What is this for? I made the prototype for the first house i could make and it turned it into a deed. The second house i made i turned it into a manufacturing schematic, and its sitting in my data pad. Im not sure what to do with it. Can someone please help?

A schematic is used in a factory to mass-produce an item, or to make an item in a factory crate.
I've heard of people making house schematics for factories, but I don't think it's worth it. You'd have to have a TON of the exact same resources used in the schematic to mass-produce the houses. You might also have to make all the sub-components in a factory first, requiring more schematics.
Unfortunately, since you made a schematic, the resources you used to make it are gone. Just avoid the Schematic button when crafting in the future (except for when you really want to make items in a factory).
