We have this one arch on our server that sells heavy harvesters for 60k. I was curious what kind of service you get for it so I made my friend place an order for 3 heavy harvesters. First thing he got was "send me an email and the wait will be 1 week". So he sent his email with the order. It has been a week and half and there has been no respose to his queries forget about the order. He keeps getting ignored..In the meantime I have sold 7 heavys for 110k in the same time for people who wanted them the same night. They got a lot better service from me. I chatted with them about their professions and what not. I kept them updated on every step of the process. My friend hasnt heard a word yet.

You pay more for better service. You pay less for poor service. This is the way everything works.

Full-service isn't 'better' than poor service. It's just different. Some people value their credits more than the wait time, some don't.
