I'm trying to make a power core unit, but I can't find where or what I use to make the power conditioners or energy distributers. Any help would be appreciated.

Both are components produced by master artisans. You either must have the master artisan skill or find one to sell you the components to complete the PCU.

The components you require arecreated by aMaster Artisan. If you can't find a master to make you some, I suggest you become one yourself...
