We all know about items going missing from the backpack and turning up later but has anyone had this...

This just happened to me twice in a row.

I took some power conditioners out a crate, examined them everything fine. Did the same with energy dist and gen turbines. Checked them, all okay. I built a power core schematic. Then I ran to my factory (a little way away) When I got there I examined my items, they would just say generator turbine, no item number no details. Same with the other things. My structure modules all fine, structure storage modules all fine. So I log out and back in and they dissapear.

I go back to my house, build schematic again, run to factory and exact same thing happens, the 3 types of items all have no details, and when I log back in they dissapear again. Now I know they will appear tomorrow or something but is there anything I can do in future to avoid this happening ?

Gonna have a dissapointed pa hall man tonight when these dont come back as I've run out of gen turbines and low on resources to build more.
