Has anybody else encountered the bug that won't let you make the deeds that you are supposed to be able to make once you gain installation 4? I had a CSR tell me that this was a known bug and that it would be fixed soon in the future. Does anybody know a workaround? I used my structure crafting tool near a crafting station. I've logged in and out multiple times. I've tried using different crafting tools and different stations. I would appreciate any help I can get with this problem.

It might be an obvious question, but I have to ask.....

Was it a private crafting station? Opposed to a Public Crafting Station?

They were public crafting stations.

That's your problem. Installation IV items require a Private Crafting Station. Go to one of those and you should be able to make those items.

I've never heard of a bug that doesn't let you use schematics. At least not one that hasn't been fixed already.

Ok sweet. I had never heard of that. At least no MA's I talked to told me.

There is a level of dificulty where you must use a private crafting station to see the schematics.

That is the problem, it is not a bug. Use a private crafting station and you will see everything.

Yeah the private crafting station fixed my problem. I'm glad to know I wasn't left in the lurch. It seems very strange that a CSR wouldn't know the answer to that problem. Oh well. Thanks again guys.

I thought if you had more than 255 schematics they wouldn't show up either

That's because a lot of CSRs (and Dev team members) don't actually play the game.
