Thread: Can you withdraw maintenance from your house?

Is there a way to take money back out of your maintenance of your house? I thought at one time you could so I put 400k in there to just kind of forget about but now I no longer want that house so I would like to withdraw those credits. Is there a way to do that?


Any help would be great.

No you can't. Hope you plan on living there for a bit. You can always try to get the additional maintenance value back through a sale if you decide you don't want it anymore. But probably not the whole 400K
