I have cancelled my account and moved on to bigger and better things including finishing my bachelor degree in business.
Why do I post this in the architect area? Because I have been an architect since I started Beta testing SWG. I loved the concept and it was challenging to start from scratch and make it to master without ANY support save what structures I could sell. Not to mention I would like this to be one more indicator of how the class is doing.
I've seen two Architect correspondents and I hope that you, ArchAngel, can finally make a difference. I however am not as hopeful as many are and have decided to cut my losses and stress by leaving now.
There is ONE major factor that contributed to my decision, longevity. The architect profession as it is and forcasted to be cannot be a thriving long-lived profession without, as I and many of my fellow professionals believe, the following improvements being made:
1) the correction of so many little annoying bugs that chip away at the fun factor. (This is what we in the NAVY used to call "The death of a thousand duck bites." Fix the problems at hand BEFORE embarking on another project.)
2) infusion of content with regards to customization and shear number of schematics. With customization I refer to color and function. Why can't a chest actually HOLD items?? I never made any other furniture besides tables and chairs. There was no reason to save that of aesthetics.
Unfortunately I'm not going to wait around for another 4 months for them to fix the profession and/or the game.
I wish all of you the best of luck with this game and hopefully you FINALLY get what you deserve. Remember, beta testing can't last forever...or can it?

I feel for you man, Architects are such a broken class. Even with the addition of player cities and you guys getting a thousand more schematics to make money off of, your class is still so lame. I'm glad I'm in one of the best designed and thought out classes in the game...WOOT DROID ENGINEERS!!!!
Sorry for sounding so much like a jacka$$ but threads like this piss me off.
