whats the max extraction rate you can get on a heavy gas, chem, flora, water, mineral, & fusion?

what extration rate should I look for on the mineing units / turbo pumps / etc to get 13 BER.
I have 980's of the 25% and 992 UT steel

The practical maximum for medium units is 4 BER, and 6 BER for heavy units.
Also, try to get into the habit (for architects) of thinking of materials in the calculated quality of the material. Like 992 UT + 980 HR/SR == 986... that number is what is important when calculating the experimentation cap. (You can give me some of that steel, btw... I won't mind)

The highest that anyone is realistically going to get is 13 BER for heavies and 10 BER for mediums.
