Thread: Do Architects need Master Artisan?

Some people like to be self sufficient.
I am a Master Architect w/o Master Artisan, and do quite well. So, no it is not a requirement. It helps at first, but in the latter stages, once you are established, it is not "needed" imo.
Initially I was master artisan becuase lots of people wanted PA halls and I couldnt be bothered to find a master artisan to make the components, so i did it myself. Not many people want PA or city halls now so I have up master artisan along with the domestic arts tree, I might even give up alot of surveying as I hardly need that now. I find master merchant much more useful than master artisan now. and everything else I make can be made with master architect stuff. Save your skill points and dont bother with master artisan, unless u do big business in vehicles ofcourse. I keep mine in tip top condition so it never gets destroyed.
I ordered 100 electronic GP modules from a master artisan just so i could make streetlamps for my city. i still have 70ish left
