Guess its the "crafters apron schematic" found in Jabba's palace themepark.

Think that the "Heavy duty leather" would be the tough part.

Ya I think he is selling the apron. Not a bad thing to sell, its not too easy to get the apron and all the parts and then get one made.

The one site that I saw refered to the aprons as being a 3-use schematic. Don't know if that limit is functioning correctly though.

You get the schem, which is a three use only. However, its random. It lets you make 3 aprons, but which kind of crafting apron is completely random.

I think the guy is selling the apron made from that schematic.

But you are right, you won't make many of these from the schematic (whichif I understand correctly allows you to make up to 3,000 ?- sick joke SOE ! ) since the leather will only drop in maybe max 5-6 that are identical.

They can't wear the crafter but they can wear the chef so it may just be a bug in the game,
