I just got to master architect a few days ago and for something i am trying to makeI need 6 power core units from a factory crate and when iI tried to make it i realized the three components that go into it (generator turbin, energy distributor, and power conditioner) have to be in factory crates also. I tried making schematics of the energy distributor and power conditioner butI couldn't use them at my structure factory. Is there a different factory I need to use or am I doing something wrong?

I'm just guessing here, but these are not in the architect tree, they are in artisan, the items they go into are things such as stun batons and shield generators, which are weapon and aromur respectively. So my guess is that they need to be run through an Equipment Factory rather than a structure factory. I suggest you check on WS or AS or even Artisan forum to make certain.

Bandola is correct, those have to be run in an equipment factory.

Also just to clarify...

The sub-components that make up the power conditioner DONT have to be from factory crates..only similar (meaning made up of exactly the same resources/components). For factory runs though, it is definately easier if they are in crates, but not required..

Incorrect. The subcomponants for any factory run (with a few exceptions) require the same serial number as the componant that was used to make the schematic. iow, they need to be from a factory crate.

You don't see Power Conditioners and Energy Dispersal units because they are Master Artisan componants. If you are a MArt, then use a Weapon, Droid and General crafting tool, look under Generic Items, and you will find the componants you want.

Make factory runs of all the 5 items there (micro servers, etc). Keep em around, you never know when you will need them.
