right i have seen it inside a building. it is a large flat saucer shaped object. that appeared to have flames in the centre could have been the light) but i think was possibly described as a fountain.

i am looking for one to furnish a TKM large tat house, and would appreciate knowing what to ask for.

You are most likely thinking of a round brazier. They are a variation of the fountain.

Anyone else find it odd that we use water to make a brazier?

lol yes... I always wondered about this one.

And on another note.... when you go to make a fountain, and you get a critical fail on the initial combine.... you lose everything. Now tell me this...
