The SWG website lists the Tatooine guild hall as taking up 7 lots, whereas all the others take up 9. Is this correct?

Why do structure factories take 2 lots and all other fatories take 1 lot. Why do pikemen have such terrible accuracy? Why do mission targets spawn in walls? Why do bounty hunters have no defense?

Is it a bug or is it intended? The players will never know.
