The speakers are a quest reward. I got mine while doing the rebel theme park.

i think you can talk to the criminal in mos taike and do missions for him to get them on occasion, among a few other thigns

The NPCs called "a criminal" in all towns give loudspeakers, decorative shishkas, dark jedi medallions, and black sun medallions (and some other junk, like a broken datapad) as either quest rewards or quest items. I run these out of the Dantooine Agro Outpost personally, but I believe all "a criminal" NPCs give the same rewards. I run these all the time to get speakers for my interior decorating clients - they all want surround sound 
If you have negative Thug faction, they can be kind of tricky (you have to run away and peace them, then when they give up on killing you strike up a conversation ASAP).
Similarly, I think "a businessman" gives the decorative bowls and baskets and such.
