So, I am thinking of becoming a SWG home owner. I understand there are different sizes houses and such, but do houses differ amoungsame sized/styled houses? For example will two small Tat houses made by different architechseach have the same maintiance cost/storage capacity?

Theres actually (IIRC) two styles of small tat house, however both have the same maintenance, storage and lot uasage no matter what quality resources or any experementation is done. The same is true for any type of house (except the small round naboo), they each have the same maintenance, lot usage and others of there size.
The small round naboo differs as it only uses 1 lot (other smalls use 2) and only give 75 storage (other smalls 150 storage), not sure on the maintenance.
