i have a small question...

along time ago i decided to become a crafter..i chose armoursmith im now master...so i decided to buy a house for all that storage.

i brought a large house thinking it was best for storage and upkeep but i have seen its limit is 250 items. and it takes up 6 lots, surely i would be better off with 3 small houses (6 lots) and a max storage of 150 per house = 350 items storage.

Am i correct? or am i missing something..

Many Thanks

You are absolutely correct - from an item storage perspective a large house is really horrible. There are reasons (e.g., "status" or "increased visual space to display things") for having a large house, but storage isn't one of them.

Remember also that factories provide 100 items of storage in their input hopper, although they cost a bit more in maintenance money each day.

Given that, many crafters do something like: 1 medium house for "display / shop" purposes and then either 2 smalls as "warehouses" or perhaps 1 small plus one additional factory.

Even 1 medium and 1 small (4 lots) will give you 300 items of storage, which beats a large (6 lots / 250 items).

forget my post, I was correcting ZenDragon, but as I should have realised Zen is right, I was wrong and I'm fish enough to admit it !
